Privacy policy
This policy covers mobile numbers and SMS used for clinician visit fill and coverage alerts.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy is for NextVisitHQ (“we,” “us”) at NextVisitHQ.com.
Mobile information is not shared for marketing
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in / consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Mobile numbers and messaging consent are used only to deliver transactional visit fill and coverage SMS you or your agency authorized, to operate opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP), and to comply with law, carrier, and messaging-provider requirements. Service providers that process messages for us (for example Twilio) may process numbers solely to deliver those messages and provide the messaging service.
What we text
Transactional alerts only: open visit notifications, YES / NO responses, assignment confirmation (which may include a secure details link), filled or released notices, opt-in confirmation, and HELP / STOP replies. This program is not marketing.
Message frequency varies based on open visits and matching preferences. You may receive several messages on a busy day and none on a quiet day. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After STOP we will not send further campaign messages unless you later re-opt in through your agency’s process (or reply START / UNSTOP where supported).
Data we use
Phone number; name, discipline, and area or ZIP preferences on the agency roster; opt-in / opt-out and messaging consent status; and message delivery and reply logs needed to run the service. Blast SMS uses a patient tag (initials) rather than an address or full identifier. See Security and SMS terms.
